We are looking for the complete design and development of a domains for sale website. Users would simply create an account and paste there domains for sale into a textbox. Upon upload a list of all domains will appear to enable the user to set the following details: - Price - Currency - Description - Keywords - Category (Drop Down pre populated) - Registrar (Drop Down pre populated) The site should also allow for potential buyers to register an interest in the domain. All communication between buyer and seller should be done on site via web form, where a complete history of the individual transaction would be recorded. The seller and buyer would have the ability to offer and counter offer. Once a sale is agreed or until such time as the buyer or seller cancels the negotiation. The front page would be similar to that of [url removed, login to view] and the [url removed, login to view] Format. Listing latest domains added, Featured Domains,Top Domains, Popular Domains and finally Recently Sold Domains. Top Domains will be determined by the amount of visitors to a specific domain for sale page. Popular domains will be determined by the amount of bids a specific domain has had. We would also like to implement direct linking to the domain for sale page in the format of [url removed, login to view] Part 2 of the project should allow the sellers to log into there account and see the statistics of how many views any of their domains for sale pages have had. The buyer should have the ability to watch any domains listed for sale, and in the event of a change made to a watched domain the buyer would be notified. It is therefore necessary for the ability to have 2 separate types of login - One For Buyers and One For Sellers. If initially registered as a buyer, they may wish to start selling. In this case the buyer would have to agree to terms and conditions to enable then to sell.
