Autocad Design help for prototype

I need help with designing and creating DXF files for a small project. I need to create a prototype for a ring, to be worn on the finger, that also has some miniature mechanics in it. I have the basic design concept, and can give you conceptual animations showing how it needs to work, and generally how the parts come together. But I need someone to take these conceptual ideas and come up with a real-world working design. I would then need these designs delivered to me so that I could send the them to a milling house for production of the protoype. Although I know nothing about AutoCad, most milling and machine shops I've looked into want plans in DXF format, so that is what I would need. The ring is made of approximately four solid metal pieces, with one of the pieces being replicated 6 times in the design. It is not very complicated, but there is one piece of that I will likely need you to design and make it work best. Attached is a small avi animation of the basic idea for the ring. I have a few more small animations showing the individual parts of the ring, how they should come together and work, etc. But this attached file should give you an idea of what it is about, and help you decide if this is a project you want to do. ## Deliverables 1) Complete working and fully functioning real-world design of the ring project, which fully meets the requirements delivered to the designer. 2) Complete designs in AutoCad (DXF) format suitable to deliver to a machine shop or milling house for production of the custom parts. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased, including all intellectual properties and copyrights pertaining to any custom design or engineering work or concepts. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
