Hi - I had a graphics generator software program created - it turned out great. So it is finished, but we need to make one change, and the original programmer no longer has the time.
We need someone to integrate a new algorithm. This is what the past programmer said about it:

The jagged edges are a result of the anti-aliasing algorithm used in the transformation code. This is producing anti-aliasing to reduce the jagged edges, but if the contrast between the object and the white background is too great (i.e. black box, on white background) then the jagginess gets worse. I have set it to a level in the program that is a compromise between jagginess and quality. The resultant images can be made to have less jaggies on them, but this would result in less sharp results as with your previous program.
This is always a problem with bitmap transformations, and the only real fix is a FSAA (Full Scene Anti-Alias) Algorithm but these are extremely difficult to write, and take a long time to execute.

As for what you should ask a prospective programmer. Basically you need a proficient Delphi programmer, preferably with graphics experience and knowledge of the graphics32 library. There are a lot of guys there with a lot of experience with the graphics32 library, and one of them maybe interested in helping you out with the project.
So I am looking for a programmer with knowledge of the graphics32 library who can help me finish up this project.
