PHP Programmer / Web Developer to integrate small things

Hey, My programmer dropped out of our business and I need now to find a new programmer and need to put a project called [login to view URL] on hold. But before I will do that I want to update the interface and add an E-mail list, so I can build a database of potential new customers. So I need someone who makes a good integration into the PHP Code, so the website looks nicer. Im myself a complete Programming noob, so I have no clue myself how to do it in a proper way. But below you see what I need. Short Implementation of the following things: 1. Update interface on [login to view URL] a. Incl. integrate a Heroshot video to with YouTube, b. Incl. integrate of Trustmarks c. Incl. rearrange on the Bottom of the Page the Doorway Pages d. Incl. adjust “Partners”, Partner Site ( so Link works again) and delete current Partners (This could mean you have to change something in the PHP Code. Not sure thought) 2. Update interface on Features List [login to view URL] 3. Update interface on Tour Site [login to view URL] Incl. Integration of Tour Video with YouTube 4. Add "Coming soon" incl. E-mail address type in and that it automatically gets added to our list Maybe this? [login to view URL] (doesn’t have to be that program. But something like that) a. Possibility to manually adjust what you can read there. Also possibility to turn it on or off. Make a documentation how to do it. b. Incl. Manually possible to add E-mail addresses c. Incl. integration of current E-mail address list i. Make sure that all E-mails from support at and beta at are included d. Ideal: Two weeks auto E-mail sender how many E-mail we got so far 5. Add google analytics 6. Add DoorwayPages a. Bookmaker List b. Manual (to be downloaded as PDF) 7. Redirect non-www to www. 8. Update Server so that you get straight to [login to view URL] instead of now to [login to view URL] 9. Admin Account account delete on admin interface. 10. Documentation what you did. And upload everything proper on FTP Server and SVN Server 11. Description to me how to access, edit and more on SVN, FTP etc. and anything else I should know about basic change on the servers. 12. Explain how I could use Amazon AWS or similar to save server money for the backend program. You will get access to a Dropbox folder where everything is described in more Detail. All things who needs to be integrated are there as Pictures, Text, Videos. If needed also as psd-file. We will Skype before you will do the job. Language is standard PHP. There is no documentation on the php code. Its an average written code. Not great not bad. Quite okay to understand. This got confirmed by two programmers.
