program for insert description into file

Take Note URGENT! i need it to be complete within 12 hours from the moment i award you this project!!!!!!!! i willing to pay $150. Add description to photos. The Java/vb/c++/c#/python program able to select folder of photos and retrieve portion or whole of photo file name and add on to the caption i set and insert into the description. so when i upload photo into facebook the caption will be same as the description i set. if i set line by line will appear as line by line also. take note i no need upload to facebook function, i mean when i upload myself the normal way the photo caption will appear the way i set. Example of Caption: Code: 12345 Item: Sky Price: $0.06 Sky is awesome Example of photo file name: kid ?? 9?1 01_895373 (will take the 895373) ¿??º-2_144909 (will use the 144909) 24544 (will use the whole number 24544) adult ??T? L-XXL 3?19 3_724653 (will use the 724653) if the file name is: adult ??T? L-XXL 3?19 3_724653 (will use the 724653) so will become like: Code: 724653 Item: Sky Price: $0.06 Sky is awesome The Caption for different folder i will be able to set whatever i want as different folder i want to set different caption, and also the retrieve file name able to appear at the specific place i want. every folder consist of different file name combination, but i want the number that is at the back. and if you notice there is actually _ before the number for those that have words infront. kid ?? 9?1 01_895373 (will take the 895373) and for those that only just the number will take the numbers. 24544 (will use the whole number 24544) the digit of numbers is also very random some have more some have less and in a folder normally is a combination of all different number the insert desciprtion i mention is in properties of the photo file, right click properties > detail > description > title if you need i can send you a photo that have description when you upload this photo to facebook, the caption will appear the way i set. so basically the java program function is able to set the caption (or you can also said insert intodescription title) and auto retrieve the file name and put into the specific spot of the caption. Example i now select this folder inside have 10,000 photos. will auto take the file name and put at the caption place i need and insert the whole caption into the photo file. so when i upload that specific photo to facebook the caption will appear the way i set. if i set line by line will appear in line by line. and also have the function to delete caption (or you can call description) of current photo or overwrite it.
