Website Creation

We need a website designed and programmed. Most of the work is simple web designing. But it also involves some programming work. Please read carefully the attached project details file before making your bid offer. This file contains complete details.

Our site shall contain four various sections. These sections symbolise our four different business avenues.

The bidder shall have to complete the project withing the requested time frame. We cannot extend the due delivery deadline under any circumstances.

We are looking for a bidder who can create a professional interface for our web site and also get the due programing done for us. We have also included a screen-shot of our existing web site's default page in .jpg format. But we have hidden the domain name and contact details to abide by the regulations of this site.

Please submit a brief portfolio details and profile of yours alongwith the bid offer. It will help us to decide the best bidder.

I have added to the details posted earlier. These new details contain complete details about "Return-over-Investment Calculator" that is required for the N.M. Finserv section at the website. Hence, please go through the entire bid request details once again.

The attached file also contains a suggested layout for the default page. This is just a suggestive theme. Please get back to me with some mock-ups alongwith your bids. I shall not be able to proceed further unless I view some mock-ups or samples.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) We would also require complete source code of all the HTML, ASP pages, back-end database structures, all images, textual drafts, creative layouts, and other related and supplementing contents and deliverables.

5) We would also require transfer of complete copyrights for the work involved.

6) The complete work should be delivered after testing for compatibility with most popular Operating Systems and Internet Access Utility Tools.

this is my third broadcast message to all the bidders for my project.

Please note that I have added further information to the bid request details posted earlier for my project. Now I have added more details for the "Return-over-Investment Calculator" that is required for the N.M. Finserv section. This new information is supplementing details to the earlier matter. You are kindly requested to review the entire details once again. I am sorry for the inconvinience caused, if any.

I have also added a suggestive layout for the default page. You may please try to create something which exceeds my own imagination. I would prefer to have some catchy images / graphics to grab the attention of the user on default page.

Also please note that I shall not be able to proceed further untill I can view a few mock-ups for the deafult page. He nce please send me some samples alongwith your bids.

I shall look forward to early reciprocals from you all in this matter.

I am once again sending this broadcast message to you all to inform you that I have extended the bidding deadline by another three days. Now the bidding ends on 30th November 2004. Please check out for the exact time also.
