VoiceXML website

hello i would like a voiceXML website

i don't have anything in mind, i just would like somthing that would make use of this technology

please describe the website you would propose to me, and also tell me if we need any special web hosting or somthing.

As you understand this project is mainly for tutorial reasons, so a good tutorial and a nice documentation is NEEDED.

bids around 30usd are seriously considered.

Source code is needed by the end of the project

though it is a website for educational use, the content i want to be very functional and productive, so i can use it for business too
