Look and Feel of Website and code requried - ASP .net Visual studio 2005

I have a website done for my client using Visual Studio 2005.? Its database driven website (SQL 2005).? I need a good looking home page, background and buttons etc for the website.? If I can get complete look and feel enhancement.? I am expecting the individual to provide the design and the code for the homepage and any other design changes so that my web developer doesn't have to do additional work.? This design needs to be very catchy, colorful and should download very fast.? Flash is also preffered.? so I need combination of two skills, ASP .net and Webdesign.? highly preffered a senior individual who has done similar work for retail websites, ecommerce etc,? marketing different products.? **Succesfull completion of this will lead to future multiple contracts** ? ## Deliverables This is my first project through this service.? I always have other active projects.? I need bids only from individuals, who exactly know what's required for this project and have those skills.? Also I am expecting that you have done several similar projects.
