Finish installing affiliate program - ASP/PHP

We have already installed the affiliate program as listed below. We need some minor (what I estimate to be about 5 hours) of integration work to be done. I could do it in about 5 hours and I am not an expert programmer but do not have the time. If you are confused about what needs to be done, please ask and I'll explain prior to accepting project. We have installed an affiliate program so that people who refer leads have the leads tracked and can see reports in real time. ## Deliverables New affiliates signup here: [login to view URL] 1) When a new affiliate signs up, he/she is given their own linking code to send visitors to the website. Then a visitor submits their name/email/etc., for example, on www.curadebt.com. To register this lead to the referring affiliate, there is confirmation code that goes on the bottom of page displayed after a visitor submits their information. We need you to make sure confirmation code is working fine and showing the first 5 characters of email and phone as well as debt amount of the lead that was just submitted in the affiliate report of referring affiliate. These variables are available as form post variables after a lead is submitted so it's pretty quick to do and test. To do this, log in at: [login to view URL] merchant / merchant. And follow the steps in the integration wizard and cut and paste the code on the page that appears after a person submits a lead. Applies to leads submitted at [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] . 2) Right now after you submit a lead at the URLs above, you are redirected through a script that inserts the lead into our database. The lead is inserted fine, only we need you to include the affiliate ID of the referring affiliate from the affiliate program so that we can track where leads came from. This is the PHP code. Our resources are here: [login to view URL] 4) Change 2-3 pages to make sure the headers/footers are correct/copyright dates, etc. 5) Test by submitting leads at the above URLs and make sure the leads appear in the affiliate report. Note, since website is live, it is important to copy the pages currently live and let us approve the work prior to making live. We have a lot more work and enhancements on website so are looking for a person/company who is interested in more ongoing work and is very detail oriented and a perfectionist. Thank you.
