C# Email Class with Inline Images

I need a c# class file (.cs) that will have one public method.? It will have only two parameters: an email address, and http web page address. Basic idea is to email a web page to a user. Here is how it has to work: 1) email? will be an exact replica of the web page (you're only dealing with plain html) 2) all the images linked to a page, have to be converted to inline images, so the email message once it is send will have no outside references.
