35527 PHP Smarty Login and Page fix

I have to get a website working again from a bug a last programmer caused. I only want those who have references to their work and I only want those that are serious to respond when I choose you to work and not keep me waiting. This is a simple fix and an experienced person can do it in under 20 minutes. The last person updated a page for me that was a signup page, it was a terrible work-around and when we went in to correct just a mis-spelled word, it reverted it back to the original signup page and then caused the login to not work anymore. Now, both of those do not work. I need this cleaned up and working.
