Write fancy looking comment plugin wordpress

I have a website where visitors can comment healthcare professionals practises I need a fancy looking comment system that’s a bit different then other existing. Its allowed to use another plugin like jetpack comment plugin or something else for the basics. Or program it from scratch. I am a programmer myself but don’t have time for this right know. To consider before start: DON’T use wordpress user table and, use custom tables for users and comments You wont get access to my page. The image as sample is just for indication A practise has his own wordpress page (those are a custom template pages in wordpress, but pages are “normal” pages) Comments and thumbs up have to be verified by email! Before posting The comment plugin: Nice looks Easy to work with Comments can be, 1) positive, or 2) neutral , or 3) negative Comments can be commented by users and by owner of practise Above will be one comment group. (see image) Comments can have Thumbs up, thumbs down Total comment count positive+neutral versus negative in rich snippet Practise owner can write comment on front end by being logged in. Administrator can remove/edit comments etc Things that are not mentioned in above but are to be expected in an comment system like above should be included.
