English: We are loogking for support to develop our new api. We want to offer our calculations online by an API to our customers. Therefore the customers information should be stored in a MySQL database and the connections to the calculations should be verified and stored for the billing process. As well we need a demo and test client for all calculations. For more information please check the attached file. It is a first idea, how the api should work and gives you an idea of the project size. We are open for new ideas! The project should be finished and tested until end of february 2015. Ziel ist eine API, um unseren Kunden lizensierten Zugriff auf unsere Berechnungen zu ermöglichen. Der request kann nur von lizensierten Kundenservern erfolgen und auf eine lizenzabhängige Anzahl von Berechnungen zugreifen. Neben der API an sich soll auch ein Lizensierungsmodell und Rechnungssystem erstellt werden sowie ein vollständiger Test Client der über eine Zugriffsbeschränkung auch als Democlient verwendet werden kann. Im Anhang haben wir die unsere Vorstellungen der API so detailliert wie möglich skizziert (Englisch) um den Umfang des Projektes darzustellen. Dear André, I have familiarized with your project's description, read the attached PDF and visited the enclosed links. I think I understand the flow of the applications based on the API you are trying to build. From my understanding you would like to give your clients/customers an ability of using your calculation algorithms based on free/paid license plans, so that their own customers can use the calculations. I am only unsure whether you would like to allow your customers to pay for the licences online. As far as I understand the customers can simply request licences via an online form and then receive invoices based on their monthly usage. Is it correct? Obviously, I am also aware of the security best practices included in the german PDF (Ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch) and OAuth authentication method. Hi there, I've gone through the details, we've built API's in the past so it shouldn't be an issue. I did want to ask, how are you handling payments? are you doing it separately or did you need an interface to handle that as part of the API? Finally, just wanted to make sure you're aware before we start any project over £1000 we ask for a 50% deposit paid upfront. Alternatively we can take a 25% deposit and do the remaining 75% on 3 milestones. Warm regards James

Hi,I read everything you posted and i see you want to build a secure api that allows your customers make requests to perform certain licensed calculations which would be logged and automated with the client having a max number of calculation he can perform per license,and a whole lot more as you mentioned in the attached pdf. I can get this done for you, am a well seasoned developer with over 8yrs experience,i've worked on accounting applications with complex algorithms, you can be assured a job well done.
