Convert an off the shelf software package from VB6 to .NET or similar platform - open to bidding

We have developed several custom applications of varied extents and complexity in VB6 and have since moved on to VB.Net. We have also helped migrate VB6 applications to VB.Net. Hi, Since it's an off the shelf software, I am assuming that you don't have the source code and I will either have to find some way to reverse engineer the code or run the software and create a new program that has all the features it has. I have the expertise to convert projects from VB6 to .net, from .net to C++ and vice versa. I am the main developer for VB6 and .net ActiveX controls named FlatTouch www.arcadiahome.com. I have the following questions: 1. Do you use third party ActiveX controls which you do not have the source code? 2. Do you mind if I use automation tools that I create to automatically do conversion for similar code? 3. Do you have side components that you want to convert to .net components? Are you ok with using the ActiveX version of these components in .net? 4. Are you ok with converting to vb.net instead of C#? I can do both but vb.net code is closer to vb6 code in syntax. I can finish most applications like this in one month as it has a repetitive procedure for similar code.
