I need an architectural photo editor

I am an architectural photographer and usually edit my photos myself. I am starting to get busier than I can handle in accordance to doing both, so I am seeking a photo editor that specializes in this. I have attached 2 sets of two images. The first are the raw, unedited photos, and the second photos are after I have edited them and what I would want the quality to look like. I also add fires to all fireplaces in photoshop, spend time on windows and making them pop, make sure all lighting in the room is consistent, temperature/ tint and color balance are accurate, make sure all verticals are straight, etc. I will usually do about 15 to 30 orders a week, and those orders have anywhere between 15-35 photos in them for each house. So this would be a partnership, and I would pay for each individual order of 15-35 photos, depending on how many for that order. Projects are either 15, 25, or 35 photos and pay would increase as photos increase, but would like to keep the pricing fixed for the amount of photos.
