Graphics Designer full time job

Looking for a experienced Graphic Designer who can work remotely from their home. I run a shopify store and is going to roll out Print On Demand T Shirts to the catalog. Need someone for designing the tshirts. I will provide the training resources for how to research and find good designs. Basically you will be going through google , facebook , pinterest , amazon , t spring , gearbubble etc.. Get design inspirations from already successful quotes/designs --> make small creative changes and make our own unique version of it. Here is what I am looking for specifically , please see if you can meet the requirements 1. Full time job which is 8hrs a day. 5 days a week 2. I will be adding bonuses to basic pay according to the quality and performance of designs you provide. 3. Expecting at least 3 designs made per day. 4. Along with the design a short note on who is target buyer eg : Design 1 says "spoiled by my husband" so the target buyer is obviously : a wife who loves her husband OR a husband who will gift his wife. This is actually an exercise to increase your creative and thinking skill every day. 5. Load the designs to the store (Easy system , it will only take 10 mins) 6. Should be creative 7.
