We work withexpert Sales Consultants and Product Development teams to design, build, deployand support the demo environments for Oracle Applications. GSE ApplicationsSupport team is now looking for an experienced, energetic and innovative personwho will be responsible for supporting pre-sales demos for Oracle EnterprisePerformance Management (EPM) and Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) integrated with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Demonstration Support: EPM and PBCS and ERP Cloud demos:<br />Troubleshoot demo flow issues and providesolutions to product / demo content gaps<br />Ensure timely resolution of functional andtechnical demo issues<br />Coordinate Demo Advisory Calls: provide demoadvice, setup, support and advise on demo logistics<br />Coordinate technical requests for demo<br />Work with Pre-sales consultants to design andbuild demos<br />Establish self as a EPM / PBCS expert<br />Understand and troubleshoot EPM, PBCS integration with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials)<br />Pro-active involvement in the EPM communityacross the Americas (North America and Latin American countries)<br /><br />Global Functional Support<br />Work with global functional support team totriage global demo issues, product bugs and demo gaps<br />Understand, test and support solution footprint,demo flows and demo integrations<br />Co-ordinate and host Transfers of Information(TOIs) and identify demo collateral for areas of ownership<br />Work closely with GSE Demo Content Team toprovide feedback and input for demo flows<br /><br />Qualifications / Skills (Required)<br />University degree in Mathematics, Accountancy,Economics or comparable<br />English Advanced proficiency and fluency(including writing) are mandatory<br />An ability to produce results in a fast paceenvironment with constantly changing priorities<br />Excellent written and oral communications skills<br />Good analytical, troubleshooting and problemsolving skills<br />Skills / Qualities (Desirable)<br />Understanding of the financial accountingprocesses (budgeting and planning techniques)<br />Knowledge of EPM products such as OracleHyperion tools: Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Reporting, Essbase or IBMCPM tools : TM1, Cognos Planning or SAP BPC/SAP IP (Integrated Planning) is anadded advantage.<br />Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools, [login to view URL], OTBI or OBIA is an added advantage<br />Good communication skills, able to articulatekey messages very clearly<br />Results orientation, you wont be satisfieduntil the job is done with the right quality!<br />Ability to work in virtual teams; to get aspecific job done often requires working together with many colleagues spreadout in different countries<br />Self motivated, you have the natural drive tolearn and pick up new challenges<br />Always looking to raise the bar of own skills/competencies development<br />Basic knowledge of Portuguese (as a plus)<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.<br /><br />As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.<br /><br />Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
