This is preferred but not required.o Any ERP System experience preferred.o Manufacturing background preferred.o Crystal Reports Server creating and automatic running reports.o Basic knowledge of Server admin, Active Directory, security procedures in enterprise environment.o Must be able to create and maintain barcode printer labels, using BarTender or SSRS. Must be able to work with the networked thermal printers that print these [login to view URL] Duties and Responsibilitieso Serve as a leader and project manager with overall responsibility for SyteLine ERP system.o Provide knowledge and understanding as a technical expert in the area of ERP systems.o Maintain and automate key tasks to ensure SyteLine is running optimal.o Troubleshoot SyteLine errors and performance issues as they arise.o Perform database management software systems upgrades.o Develop schedules, priorities; determine timelines and resources needed for product changes.o Responsible for reporting, database management, upgrade testing, patching, and support.o Design and implement system personalization and customization as needed by [login to view URL], tests, debugs, and installs the operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments.o Drive the customization and adaptation of existing reports using SSRS and Crystal [login to view URL] and provide end-user training and support for ERP modules and forms.o Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.-
