Nodejs express app using azure as storage

Need to develop basic web application using node js and express. Requirements:
Users must first login via OAuth2 using azure active directory.
Then, users can upload a file via a form to an azure storage container as a blob.
Access to the container is set to private.
Then, user is also able to download all of the blobs in the container as a file to their default downloads folder as long as they are authenticated (since they logged in with OAuth2) and as long as they are granted access to the container from the azure portal using role assignments.
I can provide client ID and secret and any other credentials required.
I think this is very basic and should take experienced programmers less than one hour. Happy to pay $75AUD
