Network and WiFi Expert

Need help stopping neighbors from creating fake networks using my modem. To my knowledge they have devices to help them out. They have all Mac ID’s for every device I own including brand new computer and modem. I use no WiFi because of the problems and I know the neighbor causing the problems. Need help to get the facts needed to put this to a stop. Will provide additional details once someone qualified comes forward.
