I am looking for someone who can help me build a custom openwrt device. I want to see how many people are around my car. I want to look for probe requests with a router and see how many signals i find. I want to see the found signals in an online dashboard. I already have a dashboard and a database developer who works for / with me. But i am looking for someone who can help me to program the openwrt device. The openwrt device has to : Search for probe requests->Send the found probe requests to my database I already have a router (Nexx1520F) with tcpdump and curl. But i am stuck and need help. Because i want to look for signals in my car i can not connect to the internet by wire. So i bought a Huawei e180 3g usb stick to connect to the internet.

Hi, Are you able to connect the device to the internet (the way that it would be accessible)? Internet setup with external 3g modem should not be a problem as long as it is recognized by OpenWrt (on kernel side). What problems (if any) you have got with OpenWrt? I can try to do it remotely. I use OpenWRT on daily basis on TPLink with a VPN setup based on WireGuard with IPv6 :) tunnel from budget VPS. Previously I have had installation on Asus WL500g (years ago). It was installation that I did myself (compiled from scratch). Thanks, Michal
