Web Form - Data Extraction and Load using C# .NET

We need a .NET console application built that would take two parameters as input (Start Date and End Date),
1) Navigates to this URL - [login to view URL]
2) Uses the parameters provided to populate the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields in the form
3) Extract the data in CSV format ..CSV icon is visible in top right hand side of same page
4) Read the csv file in memory (no file downloads)
5) Load the data into a SQL Server database in the Azure Cloud
Table Schema etc will be provided, the data just has to be loaded into some Staging tables and then call a stored procedure to load the data into the main tables. We will provide the stored procedures so that part is not in scope. Besides loading the CSV data into the staging tables, all other database work is NOT in scope of the project, we will take care of it.
In order to work with Azure Database, you need to have a reasonably static IP address... changes no sooner than once a week.
