Fix a TCP Java tracker for a GPS with GPRS device

I need this tracker ([login to view URL]) working like time ago. I configured my device and is working properly sending data to my server, but seems tracker is not receiving.
I'm attaching TCP protocol of tracker and tracker source code too.
Teorically this tracker must to store data on a mysql database.
I have another tracker for other devices and works well. I attach if can help you trackerSocket2.zip.
Only will pay you if tracker finally works.

I looked at your tracker source and it doesn't involve any database related actions. So my guess is that is is getting the feed, but does nothing with the data further.
