cccam php script fix bugs

hi i have a cccam old php script run on php 5.6 and above before everything just working fine , but now i have some functions not worked i need a skilled php developer to fix those bugs : 1- script not begin create cfg file on external servers (remote host permission error) , the internal creation work fine on clients section i have two buttons one to import clients and one to creat new client 2- import clients should give a status , expired or active or pending , all the status was pending now nothing work anymore and when i add new clients should be pending until client run the subscription , 3- i have some extra things which is a developement part , i want add 3 easy functions on the script note : the script is already working so we have to focus on fixing these bugs and everything will work just perfect as it was before , thanks
