I would like a database for Subject Matter Experts, which will contain users, qualifications, roles, and a score system assigning points based on predetermined qualifications.  =>Ok. We assume MS Access 2013 and front-end and backend should be separate.  2. I will provide a spreadsheet as a sample.  =>Ok. Please provide. 3. I have also started creating a database and have table.  =>Ok. All tables are created? Please provide database. so we can analyse tables, required forms etc. Do you want to generate reports? 4. I would like the database to have security settings so that users can only see data pertaining to their scorecard.  =>Ok. we will provide login and user security features. 5. This database will also be implemented into Sharepoint 2013, so I would like to be able to import directly into 2013 SharePoint with all of its functionality. If it can be made to work with windows authentication, even better. =>Ok. I wish to send you presentation having past few database projects. We charge 15 USD per hour for MS Access development by Senior Developer. 9 USD per hour by Junior Developer etc.

With experienced in preparing SAP system in the company, 2 times, for sure required a high skill of MS Access to support the project, I also good in other Microsoft program which may come in handy during the process of the project.
