Weather android app

I would like to have made a weather app that can handle weather data from a private server. All data is dbase mysql saved on the server. The app is not only for regular weather data but for data consurning ski resorts as well. I was having this in mind.

ski data (lifts)

Ski data (trails)

Resort map

Webcams

3 or 5 day weather forecast

and maybe more info data

Any one that can make these kind of android and other OS supported apps for tablets and mobile phones?
