Team App - "Applause"

I'm looking for someone who can program a Android and iPhone App which is online database based. Whats the idea? Everyone can create an own team, e. q. for your firm or only a part of employee. The teamcreator gives them a name and add all members by his mail (firm email address). He has to set up a maximum of "applause" per year. This is the amount of "applause" every member can give to other members per year. A member can give another member an a applause if he want to say "Thank you". e.q. Paul a team member of a consulting team was working really hard to get the powerpoint finished. His colleague Peter give him an "Applause" to say thank you to him. But there is a maximum of Applause each member can give to other per year and team. Every person can be a member of more than one team, e.q. a complete team of colleagues and a second team with only the leadership. On the end of one year the team-leader, who created the "Applause"-Team, and all other teammembers will get an overview of all Applause users got. There will be a monthly overview too. A member which sends an Applause to someone can comment the applause by a maximum of maybe 300 signs. Each Applause-Team is costs 5,95 EUR per year and can be payed by Paypal at the moment the team is created.
