Simple iphone and Android app that will play 12 specific radio stations streams.

Hello Im setting up an icecast/shoutcast server that will stream 12 different streams or "radio stations". (mp3). (this is already done) Now i need a simple app for both IOs and android, that will load up, display banner on top, (which is loaded from a webserver), then 12 rows one for each radio channel, with a small logo and name. When the user touches the channel the stream starts playing, this is a regular icecast [login to view URL] file, which most devices play by default. I know IOs does, but not sure about android. The selected row will display an icon to let the user which channel is selected and playing. I need the audio to keep playing even if the app is backgrounded or the phone is locked. ( default to OS guidelines nothing fancy) The banner can be a any graphic file, even an animated gif or small movie, this will load from an URL from a webserver. So i can change the banner when i need it. I will need one more screen for info and credits, which can be linked up from the bottom of the scroll list after the 12 channels. no splash screen, no animations, regular OS guidelines. working scroll. No crashing. Want a developer who has preferably worked on something similar and has apps online. You help me sign up to both app stores, i pay the developer fees on Apple etc. You help me upload the app under my name to each app store. The code is mine, you will probably be doing the updates. NOTES: Im a long time freelancer employer, i need serious freelancers , with good communications.., all copy/paste responses will be trashed.
