React native mobile development

In your final project, you will create a native mobile app for either the iOS or Android simulator. This native app must have an original design and will be built using React Native and fully functional within the iOS or Android simulator. You will have the choice to develop an application that either is a content-focused app, a data tracking app, or a combination of both (with a partner): Option 1: Content-focused Application If you choose to create a content-focused application, you will need to create an application that is a knowledge resource for a specific topic. This topic could be a community organization, a band, video game, or, a commercial product. The focus of this application will be more focused on the display of the content and design of the interface. The application should have a minimum of 3 screen layouts with consistent and functional navigation between the screens. The content on the screens can be sourced from an existing website, but all of the content has to be real and not placeholder (lorem ipsum). All of the content can be static and pre-set in the application. You will not be required to accept user input or store any user data. The pre-set data will need to be saved in the app by using an Array(s) or a Dictionary. Your application will need to have an initial home screen. The content list will need to utilize a List/Table View to display the rows of content and then a third screen to display the selected content. You will be graded on both the design and functionality of the application but the aesthetics and design of the screens will have more weight in your overall grade. The user data should be simple yet meaningful or useful for the user to keep track of. This application will be required to save data and will also have to allow the user to interact with data and functionality that is coded into the application. You will be graded on both the design and functionality of the mobile web application, but the functions and usability of the application have more weight in your overall grade. This application will have to have a minimum of 3 screens and consistent navigation between the screens of the applications.
