Need pwc style app development on both android and ios

Focus: Energy / energy-intensive industrial customers (paper, steel, plastics etc.)
Model (role model / example): PwC Accounting App
The architecture of the app and the content are as follows:
- We build a frontend (app) + 1 backend (web-based editorial system for the content - Wordpress on Azure)
- The app should look similar to the PwC Accounting App from design and design
- The contents will be (probably) data classification 0
- The app will be available in Apple and Google's public app stores
- App format - Smartphone, Tablet
- approx. 7 (n) tiles / app areas without sub hierarchies - each tile has adjustable icon, title, display order. These are entered into the editorial system and are consumed by the app as content.
- When typing on a tile, a list of entries (such as in Accounting App - News) or content is displayed directly (as in Accounting App - Imprint)
- When a list entry is typed, a detailed view (with texts, pictures, possibly videos) opens. The entries and their contents are entered into the editorial system.

Note: This app will be in German Language (developer can use google translator to get the proper content as needed )
This is an hourly job post since we are not sure about the budget and timeline
So every bid must contain fixed budget and exact timeline or bid will be rejected immediately.
BTW developer also has to sigh an NDA before we start.
