Concept of app: the magician pairs his iPhone or iPad to an iskn slate 2 and hides the slate in a notebook or clipboard, and gives the audience member the notebook and a pen and asks them to draw something. the drawing is then sent surreptitiously to the iPhone or iPad where the magician can peek it and reveal it later in the show… Specific features: -drawing automatically scales to size of devices, filling the device screen with the drawing (so if they draw small it shows up as big as possible on the device) -dark mode that is activated when the screen is touched and deactivated when the screen isn’t touched (so the phone looks locked, and when you touch the screen the drawing is visible white drawing on a black screen…maybe when the user slides their finger up and down the brightness changes) -silent/vibration notices when the person is drawing (in case the slate disconnects, the magician will know so they can rectify the problem) -drawing timeout, for multiple drawings…so after 3-4 seconds of no pen to slate contact, the drawing is automatically saved and the surface is reset, so multiple people can draw multiple things and they are each sent individually to the iPad or iPhone… -playback mode, so you can see in what order something is written (if they user makes a list, you can see what was written first, second, third, etc) -printer mode, or at least the option to quickly send a drawing to a printer -apple watch (and if possible pebble) compatibility, where the drawing is sent to the watch and, with a shake, it disappears -compatible with both slate 1 and slate 2 (don’t know if this is an issue) -if possible, being able to see connection info for the slate in the app to quickly check if it is connected and working or not... Also looking, if possible, for an apple watch app and a pebble app to go along with these if possible.
