iOS & Android app (graphic design, web service-backend)

This is a dating social application similar to Tindr, Grindr, Jackd, etc... the project is for the creation of a mobile device that has both iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android platform capabilities. I've got AN IDEA ONLY. You will need to start from scratch with creative ideas and complete successfully. I want a modern design style similar to the above named 3 apps. There will be 3 main logics that will be discussed in detail upon winning the bid for this project. The app will also utilize a "near me" function where users are able to see those in their general location. In summary, I need: - An app developed from scratch - Graphic Design - Web Service (Backend) - iOS - Android I will need to see the prototype first and will then start the project. I will also need to check the iOS and Android version designs to see if they fit my specifications. You will need a development team equipped with a graphic designer, web developer, iOS developer and Android developer. Lastly, I am willing to expand this project for the right developer but the project budget is fixed - please submit ACCURATE bids only.
