geo tracing chat app for iPhone IOS

Dear Sir or Madame! I’m looking for a good team to develop a chat app for iPhone. Only professional companies with very good feedback and ratings should apply. You must write the word -- YES -- at the start of your proposal or I will know you have NOT read the description. NO SET UP FEE AND ONLY FIX PRICE! The basic premise of the app is public chat rooms and private room . Public rooms are geographically based. private chat and random shake chat are global! App should also have a very small Profile Management! The quality of the apps is of the up-most importance it must be slick, smooth and attractive, think of apps such as Tinder etc. Designs will be supplied, with wireframe and all resources (icons, wallpaper, etc.) but i’m always open for new ideas and ur inspirations ! - Apple iAds integration - Database mySQL (no pharses) - notification for private chats - public chatrooms and private rooms - simple profilmanagement with profilpic - sharing pics etc. For some part of the app i already have a source code ( but a lot of bugs, not finally design etc.) but u can take phrases or ideas from this source code - so u dont have to developing everything new! After this build is complete we are looking for that developer to help support the product in the long term ideally, so will result in more work from us as we go along, and we will only look at people who can provide previous mobile app build experience.
