Edit my currenty android app in android studio

1.- Edit my app for android, it is in android studio, all i need is app send by email coordenates of the phone. 2.- First time you open the app, app get the coordinates of the current location of the phone where the app is installed and send an email with coordenates. 3.- Next time app is opened not send any email 4.- The app will get the locations coordinates every 30 minutes example: -16.390861, -71.544077 followed by the date and time, and stored in some file or place of the phone, every 24 hours the app send an email attaching 48 links with every coordinate in an email, total must save and send 48 links that are obtained every 30 minutes in 24 hours, app will send a new email every 24 hours to the email. 5.- The app must force to activate the location of the phone in case is off 6.- The app has to work without root 7.- The app has to work in android device 4,5 and 6 Project is in android studio, you can work in my pc by teamviewer
