Develop an Augmented Reality app prototype

Seeking a savvy Augmented Reality App Developer to assist me in creating the foundation for a game-changing tool specifically designed for the Film & TV production industry.
In the initial phase of this venture I require a technologically & functionally sound prototype app that simply executes the fundamentals of AR, but focusing on a few particular preferences. Basically the prototype's goal is to accurately place 3D data with reference to a marker image while integrating geo-locating systems.
If the prototype created by the chosen applicant is a hit, which I have no doubt about, then I'll be looking to further develop the app to a point (and beyond) where our tool is the number one choice for assisting major production companies during their pre-production phase.
I am looking for someone that is very enthusiastic about the potential of XR; has a passion for film & TV; has a strong understanding of 3Dimensions; strong communication skills; and is willing to work casually solving problems to ultimately establish the foundation for what will be an everyday tool used worldwide by filmmakers.
Experience with 3D software is preferable, whether it be Unreal Engine, Blender, Rhino, etc. Also, I'm not sure who can see this ad, but someone local to Vancouver, Canada would be preferred (not essential) as I'd love to build an in-person rapport with my teammate, especially for future development.
Regarding budget, I am totally open to negotiations as I would love a fair trade for both parties, especially since both of us will be learning from one another in the process.
