We have a startup in Tier 2 city where we are selling Groceries/ Veges at customers Doorstep e.g Bigbasket and Groffers. currently we are accepting the orders on whatsapp and phone call.
Now we are planning to move on web based app for proper ordering and tracking purpose.
We have following requirements in the WBA :-
1. WBA should be user friendly and should not be heavy page, customer should access the page in low connectivity.
2. App should be Admin friendly, as we don't have the daily support of engineering team for posting the daily items list/updates. it would be great if the data can be imported through Excel or CSV files.
3. This should have the feature of refer and earn as well as promo codes.
