Build me a custom exchange platform

Hi there, I'm looking for a custom stock/crypto exchange app development. Please let me know if you are available to do this. The app should let users buy and sell certain entities. Those entities will be decided by me and posted within the application. It's like custom exchange platform. The app should have a portfolio section, buy and sell section, profile section, newsfeed section, watchlist and a search option. Just to mention again, the entities will be decided by me and people will buy and sell those entities. A graph should be made accordingly as the demand supply changes the price. Requirements like whenever the buyer or seller makes a transaction, some percent is being charged as platform commisions. That should be taken care of. From that commission, some percent is to be transferred to a third party account etc etc. Preferred Technologies: Flutter Overview : In my app, I list some items, like item A, item B etc. I'll explain you with a clear example. These items are of fixed quantities. Like each item has 1crore units only. Every item is listed at IPO (Initial Public Offering) The initial price of the unit starts at 100 rupees. So a total of 100 crore worth of items. After the IPO, if the buyers and sellers want to buy or sell these items, due to demand and supply, the price of this items increases. So my app should handle the buy and sell orders of these items and should match these orders and execute these orders within the app. Firstly, I'll once again share my main requirements. Integration with payment gateways 7. This is big scale platform and many transactions happen every second, so the app should be highly stable, scalable and secure. 8.
