Build me a chat-based app

I'm Atit D. Salvi, an IT engineer, and I'm looking for a mobile app developer who'll be developing the app from start to end and can be a partner as well with me in this startup. The startup fully consists of and revolves around this app and after developing the app, the future work will only be about taking the app forward through advancements, developments and maintenance. So, the idea is - Build a live chat-based app where people can interact with other people under a common interest, for e.x - when there's a football match going on, people can open this app, look for this topic by searching it (e.g Real madrid vs Manchester united) and join in the chat conversation to chat before, during and after the match with people from all around the world. Another e.x - I've started reading a book and have to discuss about it with people and not just with my limited friends, so I get on this app, create a topic with that book's name and people with same interest join in the conversation and chat with me and other people about the book. Idea behind this app? Chatting is the best source to gain, give and share information, knowledge, fun-stuff, ideas and much more, then why limit it with just our friends and colleagues, huh? The above mentioned is just the gist of it, I've got a detailed start to end approach ready for building this app. Find below the main conversation between me and my friend when the idea popped up - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Imagine an app. You get on this app, choose any section like for example sports, food-making, rains, travelling, etc etc. You get in that section and start chatting with people, sharing your views, pics that you have for that section, moments, etc etc. Why to limit our reachability just to people we know with whom we frequently meet and talk. For ex - You are enjoying in Rajasthan and love posting pics about it everywhere and talk and let your friends know your experience; but suppose you want to know more about that place or want to share your experience with anonymous people, then you log on to our app, go to the desired section and join in or initiate the chat; multiple other users from any part of the world or can join with you in your conversation. Another ex - Suppose you are at home enjoying watching rains OR you are at a pub watching the final of FIFA world cup; you get on our app, go to the section and join in or start the chat with N number of users who are enjoying/watching the same thing. With this you can chat and enjoy and relish the moments with not only your friends but also with people from any corner of the world! Suppose you are at Wankhede stadium watching India vs Pakistan. You, instead of just chatting with your regular friends, can get on this app, go to the relevant section and chat with everyone at a global scale who are watching this match. And this was just a national level example, imagine this apps' usability on global scale where there will be our already given sections plus users can create their own sections when they'll be having common present interests. P.S: Can be used by any person; of any age, position, etc. Just interest should match with the people present in that section and boom, he/she can join/initiate the chat!
