Tokens App Brief Endless computers need tokens for people to buy usage on their devices. Similar to cell phone payment tokens where you pay for usage in advance. Users will buy one token per month, which will allow them to use the computer for one month. After that, the computer shuts down and they need to go to the store to buy more tokens. The store owner received payment and gives token. Nowadays this is a manual process, so the store owner needs to call someone to get the code. The new idea for the process: Endless setss the computer with token technology and generate the list of the codes for different periods Endless uploads this list to the server (the list would contain id_computer, payment_plan - days, codes) of the "token_app" Endless prospects some stores The stores register themselves in the "token_app" Endless needs to approve through the "token_app" this registration When the stores sell the computer, they go to the app to register the sales When the client come back next month, the stores receive the payment and liberate a code in the "token_app" for the customer Every week, Endless needs to do the payment conciliation (manual process). Checking in the app how many codes were liberated by each store and the amount of payments we receive in our bank account. If the store didn't pay us we need to block their access to the app. Target: shop owners Mission: to help store's owner distribute tokens and more control of the conciliation of receivables. Native Android app Functionality: A admin permission to upload all the computer's code for a specific id Automatic validation between the input data and the codes in the system Admin to block the store account if it needed and to control how many codes were generated in a given period. Important here: The system need to validate the today_date with the payment_date to check which code the system will liberate. If the person needs to pay everyday 5 and pay on the day 15 we need to liberate the code for 15 days and not for 30 days.
