Hi there I hope this finds you well. Please email me with the response. We are looking at creating an app for our bootcamp we run. We want people to be able to sign into their own profile allowing us to customize the push notifications they get. For example if we have a very overweight client we will need to send them a different eating and exercise plan to follow each day compared to someone who isn't over weight. This is probably the most important aspect - the personal profiles of each user. In terms of what the app should do: 1) Allow users to sign up and fill in all of their information such as weight, age and goals. 2) Allow us to then retrieve this information and send them a specific exercise and meal plan to follow. We would like to be able to easily edit the different plans and add onto them if necessary. 3) The app should be able to send specific push notifications to the user with their personalized information at specific times. For example a reminder should show up at breakfast, lunch and dinner to eat and the meal they should eat. It will also send notifications of exercise time and little motivations. 4) In the app there should be the different pages to navigate to such as exercises, eating plans and motivation. All of these should be easily accessible and changed by us if necessary. 5) The app will also have a monthly subscription fee. If it can use the app store funds that would be easiest but otherwise a payment set-up should be available. So upon opening the app you will choose your payment plan (monthly or yearly). You will then be able to fill in all of your details about your health. Upon review of this a set plan will be suggested for the user. The user can then navigate the app to use the suggested plans but all the plans will be available. Upon selecting a plan from meals, exercise and motivation the app will activate those plans to send the specific push notifications at the right times. If there can be some sort of back end that we can easily add information to that would be great as it will obviously be much easier if we can add all the information and change it for updates. In terms of the look and feel we would like something that is uncluttered and easy to use. Something similar is the 8fit app. We want to create something like this but with the differences in that it isn't as complicated, the meal plans are easier to use and we have motivation. We also want it to go hand in hand with our bootcamp. So for those who attend our bootcamp they will see the similarities in the app. We would also like to have a platform where we can sell advertising space to health and sports supplements. This area could be called the store. No purchases will be made on the app but contact details will be listed. We can list this advert ourselves in a separate tab.
