I require an Android application wherein the application will create a small file (a text file, or something similar) and will place the file in a random folder within the phone's directory. The user will then need to locate the file within a certain time period in order to complete the game. The application needs to have a beginning interface to begin the game and also a custom file explorer to view and navigate through folders and files.

Modern versions of Android won't allow unrestricted access to the phone's or sd card's directories but I could develop your app presenting different folders to the user but storing the information within the app's data folder.
