Android activity for voice recording and streaming up to AWS

I need an app with just one activity with a big button. When the button is touch, the app begins to record the users voice until the button is pressed again. The recorded audio must be uploaded to an S3 bucket in realtime (it is not valid to store locally all the audio and then upload it after the recording stops).
The audio recording should be identifiable at the S3 bucket, let's say, using the current time and date as the filename.
