Write Detailed Instructions so (I can) integrate FLURRY iOS 4.2.3 update for ios7

There is a new SDK update for iPhone app that is required to have correct functionality. I have an old version of flurry installed on some apps and new to integrate this new one. On Flurry's website it says: "In preparation for the public release of Apple iOS 7, you need to update your apps with the latest Flurry SDK (4.2.3). Please follow these steps: Download the latest Flurry iOS SDK Add the new Flurry library to your project. Remove older flurry libraries. Add [login to view URL] to your app. Add [login to view URL] to your app. For more detailed instructions on integration, see Technical ********Quick Start Guide" When you click the Quick start guide it gives basic instructions, but I need more detailed. **********SO the project is to take the instructional guide from here: [login to view URL] Import these instuctions into WORD and expand on these instructions using a different COLOR so I can see. Should be done so a complete beginner can update app files with this new SDK. You can assume I how to find my flurry key so just say: Insert Key there...ect. Thanks!
