iPhone-Android app working online

We are interested in developing an iPhone/Android app (basically the same, working on the two platforms) to display data and images about a given list of companies. The app will read/write to a MySQL database, of which we give all of the specifications. Basically there will be: * a search function to return a list of companies (data and text) with a few pictures each, or a list of images only * a directory with subdirectories to navigate. Inside each category there will a list of companies (data and text) with a few pictures each or a list of images * a pretty long registration form * a form to request information * a couple of simple text pages We can provide with a confidential project document, detailing what we need. We have created some online tools to help developers to test the connection with our MySQL database. The app(s) will work while the mobile device will be online. We are interested in an Android app AND in an iPhone app. Both will be exactly the same. We are interested in the best offer for development. We require timely development and no delays on the agreed terms (we have no hurry, but want timely deliveries). The developer must provide a reasonable bug-free version. We are not interested in buggy apps and in wasting time on them. The money request is also a critical factor, since we are reviewing several offers and this is a test app for us (two more planned within spring 2013). The developer must have skills in apps interacting with online (mySQL) database. Please provide examples of works like this you already did (please do not send example of static apps, games, and so on).
