I am in sales and work on a daily basis with many spreadsheets, such as various countries import reports, various client databases, etc. I need help on how to filter various needed data, organize, filing system and streamline the entire processes of my daily OUTLOOK, EXCEL, SEVERAL COUNTRIES DATABASES, etc. I also need to automatically produce/report creation in no time to my boss, imports and sales data charts/reports. I do not have any experience working with Access Databases. I am a basic to medium excel, outlook and word user. I also need help on how to send out mass mailings automatically thru Outlook on a regular weekly basis from my customers' excel or word databases and I need to also filter out each incoming client by country in Outlook.
I just need expert advise on how to make my day less chaotic, streamline and automate my daily work, provide reports instantly and be more productive in less time, at an affordable rate, because my employer is not paying for this.
