Microsoft Access Auto fill form

I want to enter a UPC and have the product list auto-generate in a form. The UPC must be first in the form, then QTY, then the other information should just auto-generate. The access file has what I built, but I am having issues with the query and the form auto-filling. I have also attached the excel sheet that all the information from the tables is from (this is for reference).
