I am a student of bscs final year, i have worked on many university level projects. I have also certificates of MS Office.

My first task would be to have the conversation on what is required in detail and what the customer is looking to accomplish. This would be to ensure that I don't under deliver but at the same time don't waste time doing work that is not required. I use Office 365 so I would setup a SharePoint portal that the customer would have access to for the purpose of sharing documents, information, leaving comments or asking questions. This portal would be available to anyone the customer wanted/needed to include in this project.
