Develop material to train new independent sales reps o new skincare line. Keep it simple stupid.

I am importing a new line of skincare that is the only one in the world to have 95% organic ingredients. So what? Well...that is for you to train my reps to be able to answer.

This project could easily turn into two projects. First, I need to develop the training material for independent sale reps as well as a document to send with wholesale items to have as reference for retail storevowners. With that being said, I also need sales brochures and handouts or the like for the sales reps to use in the field or at conferences/trade shows, etc.

It does not need to be difficult…simple is good….but simple needs to be spot on. The product is 95% organic. It is going to be challenge by competitors who claim their product is as well. They do this by muddying the water. So you will have to read FDA guidelines, USDA regulations and understand them. However, I believe I have a person form this site who is doing the Organic write-up for the organic training portion of the sales piece. You will have to know it, but will not have to directly develop the content. So you will be left with the sales message of the product itself and developing a sales message, with feature and benefit statements , the infamous, “what does that mean to the customer” examples, Common objections with correct responses and a description of who the perfect customer is for this product, how to alter your presenting to suite this client and give an “normal’ call cycle for selling this product, meaning 3 calls should be the sales cycle with the first call being xxx …second being yyy….third being zzz with a close after each call.

You may use a template to make the final product. I want it inexpensive and not a lot of time put into it. However I want it professional. Not the leave behind or piece for the customers, just the one for the reps…professional but not over the top.

I will not consider someone for this job unless they have outside sales experience. Academics is one thing and real world is another. I need someone who knows both. If you have knowledge of the Organic market, specifically products, not just fruit and vegetables then that is a huge plus. Technical writing because you have to read and understand technical information but then make it lay people friendly for dissemination to the end user.

Please respond to this ad with your first sentence telling me how many training material development projects you have worked on OR what outside sales jobs you have had in your post high school/post college years. If you do not then you did not read this and obviously won’t listen in the future.

Would prefer to pay for the job and I am thinking 2 days for the Training piece and one day on the sales piece (depending on the outcome of the first). And, if in your mind it’s easier to develop them in the reverse order then by all means change them around.

I will consider all takers from whatever country. But if you are not savvy to the sales of an independent rep in the US then I would say this job is not for you.

When you see the web site it is not a good representation of the product It is what it is because standards are different than her in USA....so they haired a really great guy to head up the USA website...hmmm wonder who that is?
