Online Product And Market Research For Private Label

Hello, I would like to hire a freelancer who will do product/market research in the health niche and sub-niche, finding products I can private label and launch from scratch.
With healthy products I mean green juices, supplements, tea and anything related to this.
I would not focus on "trending" products that will be gone in the future. I am looking for products that have a market and space for differentiation and will still sell in the future. I suggest you use the Google trends tool to help you in this phase.
I wanted you to research physical healthy products I can sell, but I am still unsure whether to target the American or European market.
The main task is to make a list of 10-20 profitable products that I could sell in the US and another list containing the products I can sell in Europe (mostly Italian market) along with objective data regarding the market and its competitiveness. No suppliers list is needed.
IMPORTANT: As I am selling this product online, I was thinking this to be the first part of the funnel. Once a customer buys the product, there will be upsells and cross-sells, so take this into consideration. I will be glad if you could also suggest similar products that could maximize the average cart value. I was thinking about books, training, joint ventures etc.
My starting budget for this job is $100. However, feel free to include your rate according to your experience.
