Redesign of a logo - corporate identity

We need to change a logo in a template that we have. The template can be found at [url removed, login to view] We need to change the logo on the left side in the template ([url removed, login to view] - see attachement) - with a logo that looks like [url removed, login to view] (see attachments). Of course it has to be the same size and must fit into the page with colors etc..
So your task will be:
- designing a logo like [url removed, login to view] that fit into the template. It should look like [url removed, login to view] and must integrate well with the used colors, size etc.. used in the given template
- designing a business card with the new logo
- designing a letter head.
- designing an envelope
We like the designs from the corporate identity at templatemonster. So it would be nice if you design the corporate identity in this style.
Please deliver your work in psd file and if possible .doc file for the letterhead as well.
You must be able to deliver within 1 day.
